Adafruit Circuit Playground Shell
thingiverse
This is a custom case for your circuit playground, designed to fit snugly around it. Cutouts have been made for every switch and sensor, as well as the USB and JST connectors. The back remains open to allow you to use the pads on the back to trigger capacitive functions. A hole has been drilled into the shell for a ground connector, making it easy to attach a keychain and carry your circuit playground with you wherever you go. I designed this case after my wife suggested that people might mistake it for a bomb if I brought it on a plane - we didn't want that! Update: Version 8 of the design includes a larger USB port and a bigger hole for the speaker component, which was previously causing the speaker to break off. There's also a simpler version of this case available, featuring a large cutout in the middle for all sensors and inputs. This design still diffuses light effectively, but leaves more room in the center for easier access.
