A variation on the Adafruit Feather Huzzah ESP8266 Arduino compatible WiFi module. This variation envisions an external antenna option via the u.FL connector, instead of the PCB antenna in the original.The Feather modules are perhaps the simplest, most compact boards I have found, for Internet of Things (IoT) experimentation and prototyping. Some of the Feather modules, including this one, have a LiPo battery charging circuit built in, so they can operate off a 500 mAH or higher LiPo without any additional circuitry.
