<p>Based on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL3uZ88vA_0">Adam Savage's work light</a> which uses a LED photography light, Loc-Line, and armature wire.&nbsp;</p><p>3D print files includes a mount for a 35.5mm diameter monitor arm and parts to connect the light to a Loc-Line piece. I suggest printing with PETG.&nbsp;</p><p>I have also included a rough template for a 3/4in Loc-Line piece.</p><h4><strong>Hardware:&nbsp;</strong></h4><ol><li><a href="https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/12G2G4T6SK20K?ref_=wl_share">Amazon list containing the main hardware used&nbsp;</a></li><li>One 30mm m3 button head screw</li><li>(Optional) Short length of 4mm steel rod</li><li>Basic soldering&nbsp;</li></ol><h4><strong>Build Instructions:&nbsp;</strong></h4><h5><strong>Light Connector:</strong></h5><ol><li>Print .3mf file.&nbsp;</li><li>Insert the Light Connector into the top of a piece of Loc-Line.</li><li>Insert the Light Connector Brace into the bottom of the same piece.</li><li>Align the passthrough holes (I used a short length of armature wire).</li><li>Insert the screw from the bottom and screw them together slightly.&nbsp;</li><li>Connect bottom of LED panel's go pro style connector to Light Connector piece and fully tighten the screw.</li></ol><h5>Wiring:</h5><ol><li>cut the power cable somewhere between the barrel plug and the power supply.&nbsp;</li><li>Plug the barrel plug into LED Panel and pass the wires through the passthrough hole on the Light Connector piece.&nbsp;</li><li>Pass the wires on the power supply side through the monitor arm mount.&nbsp;</li><li>Pass wires through your chosen amount of Loc-Line and solder them together</li></ol><h5>Final Steps:</h5><ol><li>(Optional) Add steel rod section to monitor arm mount.&nbsp;</li><li>Add armature wire to the inside of the Loc-Line.&nbsp;</li><li>Connect all Loc-Line pieces.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Light will always “settle” a bit as the Loc-Line will have some empty space inside it. Steel rod can prevent it from drooping near the mount.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Adding more armature wire can reduce the settling as it takes up more room in the Loc-Line.&nbsp;</strong></p>
