Adapter: 2-sided adhesive tape (50mm) -> hole (7mm) on an object on a wall or ceiling

Sometimes you need to hang something on the wall (or even the ceiling) that is usually hung on a nail.   Or the reciprocal part may simply be lost, as in my case with a small wall-ceiling flashlight that responds to movement.    In this case, you will come to the aid of this adapter with a square of 50x50mm, just under the width of a widespread double-sided adhesive tape, for example, 3M or analogues. Tearing it off will not be so easy. You can hang something, for example, on a cabinet, on glass, etc.
