Adapter between Neewer tablet clamp and ball head

This lets you attach your tablet to a gooseneck with a ball head at the end. The Neewer clamp is the only one I could find that fits my 13.3 inch eBook Reader, the Gooseneck holder came with a much smaller clamp. This is my first try with OpenSCAD, and the code is in need of some clean up - but it works. As the material around the ball head is a bit fragile, you've got to insert it carefully. Ideally, one could also print a wider locking nut and thus allow for a more robust ball head enclosing.
