This is an adapter that can pair Shimano 11 speed road shifter with Shimano 11 speed MTB rear derailleur. It is only tested with this setup: Rear derailleur is Shimano SLX RD-M7000 GS Cassette is XT 11-speed CS-M8000 11-40T Road shifters are Shimano ST-RS685 What you are going to need: Two bearings 623 2RS One 20mm m3 bolt. Two 6mm m3 bolts. Two cable adjustment screws. M3 washers and nuts. You would require a pretty long shift cable. Some m5 hand tap to cut threads for adjustment screws.
