This adapter makes it possible to install a BTT SKR v1.4 (and turbo) into a CR-10 or CR-10S control box. I secured the adapter to the control box by screwing one M3 countersunk screw and washer through its center hole, with the fan bracket helping to hold it in place. It's up to you to find and drill new holes for the SD and USB. A photo shows where I could have done a better job at this step. To print flat on the bed, rotate X by 90 degrees.
