Adapter plate to mount a Yamaha MG10 10-Input Stereo Mixer on a VESA 75 monitor mount. Required hardware: (4) Countersunk M4x17 with lock washers & wing nuts (2) Countersunk M5x17 screws. I used this adapter to connect my mixer to a swiveled VESA 75 monitor mount This allows me to mount the mixer on a speaker pole and reduce the clutter in our rehearsal space.
