Adapter - Morse Taper (#4) to Solid Holder

I needed to put round shank drills in my tail stock so I machined this adapter and a set of collects to work with it. The Morse Taper is #4 but it is not fully formed on the end. I hand ground the angle and radius. In my shop I started by centering each end and centerless grinding the outer diameter. After that I chucked the outer diameter and bored the hole. Then I flipped it around and machined the taper. After that I honed the bore. Then I milled the tang.
