The Lexus 1UZFE 4 cam V8 is a very popular engine for swaps. It has the ability to run with easy on a lot of platforms or with power adders put out a ton of horsepower with reliability. But Lexus never put a manual transmission behind the engine. There are a lot of adapters out there and this is mine. I proved the design by building the adapter from 7075-T6 and have provided pictures to show it. I have hours of measuring and designing into this. Please use with respect.
