Adapters for Danco 46004 Cross-Arm Faucet Handle

The shower in my house has weird faucets -- I've never seen anything like them. Neither had the guy at the plumbing supply store. About nine months ago, one broke (the inside of the plastic handle where it attaches to the faucet stem stripped). I purchased a "universal" replacement, the [Danco 46004 Cross-Arm Faucent Handle](https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000DZKTUI), which includes "7 plastic adapters and 1 metal adapter to **fit most faucet brands**". But not mine. The provided adapters were all too big. So I reverse engineered the adapter. The things provided here all match the Danco adapters externally but the inside hole is a simple cylindrical shape (with a chamfer for mounting) that press fits onto the stem. *The number indicates ten times the **radius** of the inner cylindrical hole.* There are multiples because I wasn't sure what tolerance would work.
