Adapters for Thorlabs goniometer GN1/M

Two adapters for goniometer (tilt adjustment device) [GN1/M](https://www.thorlabs.de/thorproduct.cfm?partnumber=GN1/M) from Thorlabs. 1. Ring adapter to mount 2-inch (diameter) lenses on the goniometer. The optical axis is 1 inch above the top surface of goniometer, matching it's rotation axis. Adapter can be fixed to the top plate of goniometer using two M3 screws, or simply glued. Lens can be fixed in the adapter using an M3 screw (preferrably plastic). The top hole of the ring must be tapped. 2. Cage adapter for inserting goniometer into [60-mm optical cage](https://www.thorlabs.de/navigation.cfm?guide_id=2005). Rotation axis of goniometer matches the optical axis of the 60-mm cage. Goniometer is bolted to the cage adapter using two standard M3 screws and nuts. The cage adapter can be fixed in position along cage rods by two M3 set screws on the sides (holes must be tapped). Bottom holes (3 mm diam) are for adjusting the locking screw.
