After I made http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1370181 Stand Alone Spool Holder I realized that my spool has outer diameter of 200mm and inner diameter of 50mm Just enough to touch the ground instead to be on holder I made this fix to holder stick part. Now all works as expected
