Update: Use JANSJÖ-Adapter-v2.stl to keep the extruder hitting the light. Print it with 0.2 and 100% infill. IKEA LÖRBY (EUR 9.99) is a USB charger that's powered by a 24 Volt power supply. It delivers a total output of 3.4 Amp and an maximum output of 2.4 Amp per USB Port. This makes it compatible with the Ender 3 power supply that delivers also 24 Volt. You can cut the power cable and connect it inside one of the Ender's power supply free slots (see picture). I like using the LÖRBY's magnet since this gives me the possibility to move it around just in case I need it. In the top-right corner of the Ender's power supply you will find a metal part where LÖRBY will solidly stick with his magnet. You can use the included self-adhesive tape to fix it even better. With IKEA LÖRBY you can power 3 USB devices. I choose to connect in the 1st slot an Orange Pi Zero running Octoprint. The LÖRBY can also power a Raspberry Pi 3. The first layer is the most important layer, so I choose to use the 2nd slot for the IKEA JANSJÖ (EUR 3.99) that's a LED USB flexible Lamp that provides directed light on the nozzle (thanks benSTMax (https://www.thingiverse.com/benSTMax/designs)) For this I designed a fully-printable adapter that clicks to the Ender's frame. With the adapter you can easily attach/detach JANSJÖ. You can also slide it inside the Ender's frame and find the best position of your light spot (attached the STL and the Sketchup file). The 3rd slot you can use it for other devices. I choose to add a portable USB inspection lamp, that has also a magnet and illuminates the bed up-down. The lamp is charged from the LÖRBY and is attached to the top frame through the magnet that sticks to three T-Nuts (free sliding). The inspection lamp can slide left-right and can be easily detached.
