Added a univeral ball joint to the original file

I just added a universal ball joint to my tripod instead of a bought one and therefore did not need to buy a joint for manuveuring the Rasperry pi camera. It is made with help of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4739696. I Just needed to resize it and add a cylinder and some scew holes and a thread for assembly. Now you can 3dprint the entire thing and just add some metal screws and bolts. Happy printing!
