Additional Spacers & Holder for Ender 3 Spool

Additional spacers and a spacer holder for: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3041037 I really like the original design. It doesn't need bearings, it's simple, it's easy to print; but, I wanted a wider array of spacers that printed quickly. I kind of don't care if they take a bit more material, they are less complex and I can easily generate them on TinkerCAD - public 55mm variant: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/g9BgaxePE5Y-filamentspindle55mm - public 73mm variant: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9saI8Hrv0RI-filamentspindle73mm Ungroup in TinkerCAD and adjust sizes accordingly. Do not forget to update the text. I allowed a level of error in these designs, so, they should "just work". In general, the spacers are designed to be a touch smaller than whatever your caliper measures for the diameter of the spool opening (e.g., if you measure a 55mm opening and choosen the 55mm spacer, it actually has a diameter of 54.5mm or some such thing). If you have issues, let me know, I am happy to make additional spacers or modifications.
