thingiverse
This design is a hook designed to be stuck on the wall when you cannot pierce a hole.
The back is textured to offer a good adhesion with plaster or similar types of adhesive. It is also designed with a large surface to support moderately heavy loads (i use it for a glazed tile).
You may look at my precedent model (Attach for painting) for advice on using acetone to maximize the adherence of common glues on PLA printed parts.
I put the hook at the top of the printed surface to maximize discretion but be aware that it decrease the maximum load the hook can support. I also included models with the hook in the middle and with a flat back if you want to use double sided tape.
This print needs supports and possibly a brim. I included an image of the slicing that worked well for me.
