This is a simple tool to sit on the frame and adjust your Z axis. Made it for the Adimlab Gantry but should work on an 20x20 extruded Aluminum frame. Raise the Z axis high enough to slide this tool in. Turn off motors / printer. By hand, Adjust the Z axis down to rest on the tool by turning the threaded rods on each side. Once adjusted, remove the tool. Then your Z-axis should be level. Home and calibrate your bed. Recommend printing 12% or higher infill so the part that sticks out doesn't flex.
