ADIMLab Gantry Turbine style parts cooler

The ADIMLab Gantry (original) does not a have a parts cooler. There is a JST port on the daughter board for one, however. I already have a published design for a standard cooling fan. This is a turbine style fan that I think works better and allows you to control the airflow better and push more air when necessary.
