An Adipose from Doctor Who. It is custom made using my own extension I created in python. ~ I chose 0.4mm thickness is it is a nice round number (Slic3rs auto thickness is 0.43mm), ~ I chose 2 walls as 1 wall is too thin for continuous use (cracked after 13 cookies), and 3 walls deforms the dough's edge if the dough is thicker then 4mm (It deformed lower then that, but barely noticeable) Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Silver Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 25% Notes: This is designed to be printed using a outside wall thickness of 0.4mm. This will give a cutter with 2 walls all the way around. Scaling up or down may cause issues with the cutters walls, but I have not confirmed this. Using an infill of 25% was strong enough to cut sugar cookies with out any issues, and remain semi-flexible under pressure. Anything above 25% will make the cutter stronger, but is not needed. 20% is the lowest I got with out breaking, so to ensure it stayed strong, I bumped it up 5%
