A quick layout for a chair we are making in my high school technology class. This is very comfortable, and uses off the shelf materials for easy manufacturing. Its a little deep, so if you are making for shorter people, then shorten the sitting area by a few inches and you may want to lower the front part of the chair by a inch or two.
