I tweaked the fan mount from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:104688 I love it but added some usefull mods: -Easy mount without fully unscrew the extruder screws. -Added a housing for the nut M3 -Added a little more gap between mobile bracket. *5/Dec/2013 Added link to more compatible fan ducts. *27/Nov/2013 Added a beter fan duct for my J-head MKV (duct1.stl) See pictures: PLA position (cold PLA and HotEnd) and ABS position (cold HotEnd) compatible also with these fan ducts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:196463 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:137673 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:104688 Instructions -I printed it with PLA, on the the STL position, without any support type. -Heat a M3 nut and put it into M3 housing. Use a M3x20 or larger screw for it. -Fix to the extruder body with 2 M4x20 or larger screws. -For 40x40x10mm fan i am using 4 M3x10 screws without nuts needled (screw directly to plastic) NOTE: after several ABS prints the support deform due to heat. I've reprinted in ABS :)
