adjustable camera mount for ZMR 250 and 38mm SONY CCD camera

HobbyKing's SONY CCD 1/3inch Camera doesn't fit inside the ZMR 250 frame, so I designed this build to overcome this problem. I sawed the top plate of the frame, and replaced the front standoffs with my design. It came out very nicely, with no alignment issues. The stand is adjustable between 0° and 20°, and it locks with friction. It's very rigid, and doesn't come loose during flight. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 75% Notes: The print mostly contains base planes, and thin walls. Print time: ~1h. Post-Printing Additional parts: For this build, you will need: -1 M3x45mm screw -1 M3 hex locknut -4 pcs M2x10mm self tapping screws -2 pcs M2.5 hex locknut (or regular) -2 pcs M2.5 screws Preparations You will need to cut the top plate of the frame to be able to fit the camera. Sorry this is not a Möbius friendly build. The cut line is marked with red on the attached Image. Remove the aluminium standoffs, and the screws (save them for later, they can come in handy). Assembly instructions Insert the camera in the front Camera piece, then put on the back piece facing the flat side out (it should snap on). Secure it with the self tapping screws. Drop the smaller nuts into the hexagonal openings, and bolt it to the bottom plate of the frame. Push the bigger nut into the hex cut on the side, and align the holes of the base part with the camera front part's holes. Push the long screw trough the holes, and mate it with the nut. Adjusting the camera angle To adjust the angle of the camera, loose the long screw on the bottom, set the desired angle, then tighten it up again. Be Careful! If you set it too tight, you may break the parts! How I Designed This I've designed these parts to be 3d-printer friendly, with the least amount of external parts. I added extra material at the crucial points, and used fillets where it was necessary.
