I designed this after trying a similar idea by Chewbugga to support my 3090 graphics card. Unfortunately Chewbugga's design wasn't large enough to suit my PC case.

After doing an initial design (which was smooth) I realised there might be other uses and added various other designs to cater for different tastes :)

Instructions:

Should be generally self explanatory:

To make a support/clamp:

Print one Support part.

Print one Bolt part.

Bolts should be printed with the head on the plate (FDM)

Options:

The joiner allows you to extend the thread by joining two or more together.

The nuts can be used to lock the thread in position

The cap fits on the bolts with the hole on the top and makes it easier to wind the clamp up against an object.

Other info:

I used PETG but PLA should be fine

I used various infill settings when testing from 7-15%.

The tolerance between the bolt threads should be enough for a well calibrated FDM printer.
