I used to make a mess when feeding a new fishing reel. With this tool you can adjust the strength or tension of the line from the new spool so it winds tight in the fishing reel.Feel free to modify it to meet your needs. Hardware required: 608 bearings X 2 1/4" threaded rod X 8 " 1/4" Hex nuts X 3 NOTE: Not all spacers may be used. Some sanding may be required. I hold the rod with a work table vise while winding.
