If you have a 15mm diameter flash stand, or a tripod with an Arca Swiss style mount and you wish to use a flash umbrella, or similar shafted modifier, (or even no modifier) with a speedlight flash, then this may be the design for you. The hole for the umbrella shaft is 7.2mm, and the bracket is adjustable over a useful range and the rotation and angle are lockable. You will also need to print two of PaulTheSimon's 10mm winged camera screws: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2783475 These are an excellent and strong design and are the basis of the lock screw included in this model. You will also need a couple of M3*8 screws and nuts to mount the cold shoe. The nuts should be pushed into the slots provided. Take some care when turning the plastic screws for the first time, especially the large locking screw. You do not want to force anything, or tigten quickly, as this may damage or weld the parts together. Once they have been carefully and slowly trialed to their full extents the threads will have been properly formed and they will be easy to turn.
