Adjustable Fletching Jig - UPDATED

<strong>UPDATE - V2 CLAMP IS THICKER WITH A STRONGER HINGE</strong> See known issue section for more information My fletching jig broke just as I was about to fletch a full set of new arrows. Do I pay a fortune for a new one or model and print one of my own? You know the answer to that one! There are a few available on Thingiverse, all based on the speed-fletch design: 3 fletchings at once, fixed position, fixed angle. I wanted mine to be like my old one with adjustable offset, angle, 3-fletch or 4-fletch. I wanted it to be as 3d printable as possible (the clamp needed some concessions though). This is my third iteration (beta) and I'm sharing as a work in progress. The jig is lightweight so needs to be screwed to a base. The clamp is printed and uses a section of filament as the hinge pin. The clamp handles need to be reshaped with a bit of heat. You will need a 10mm x 4mm neodymium disc magnet, a thin steel plate on the back of the clamp and a 20mm x 7mm compression spring. Please read the print settings and post-printing instructions for more information.
