There can be found plenty of 3D printable masks on net. My favorit one is the "Modular face mask from Hawwran". I have printed 32 pieces in several colors already. But there is shortage of suitable rubber for fixing it on head. Thats the reason I decided try to print them on my 3D printer as well. I have flexible Verbatim Permalloy filament at home but another filament like Semiflex or Flexfil can be used as well. Two flexible-fork-strips should be printed. Both branches have the same length. Usually the upper one should be shorter to fit on head. It can be shortened by creating knot on it as shown on the picture. Final strip length can be set by selecting appropriate gap on the flexible strip end. You also need to print one back strip and 4 pins from PLA or PETG.

Print instructions

Adjustable flexible strip consist of three parts. We need two flexible-fork-strips.
