Instead, my foot rest concept was a deeply notched plank that simply rested on these fixtures and could be height adjusted with the locking screws. Changes: Added M8 position locking screws to allow position fixing without needing o-rings etc. You will need an M8 tap to thread the holes. Note: Do not over tighten!
