Adjustable Pocket Screw Jig

A pocket screw jig for standard sized pocket screws and drill bits. Adjustable height for different thicknesses of wood (from 0.75" to 1.5" thicknesses) NOTE: Designed for the tolerances of my printer (adding or subtracting between 1/64" and 1/32" for parts to slide across each other) Solidworks files included. Feel free to edit to your liking. Print Settings Notes: Use at least 1.2mm wall thickness for strength. Post-Printing To finish the jig you need: 2 3/8-16 nuts 1 3/8-16 bolt (length at least 3") 2 1/4-20 bolts (length around 1") 2 1/4-20 wing nuts 2 small flat cap screws 1/8" thick aluminum plate 3/8" inner diameter 5/8" outer diameter flanged rotary motion bushing (or drill bit bushing) Any discrepancies in hole diameters for your selected hardware can be resolved by either editing the stl file or drilling out the hole (given the wall thickness is enough)
