A customizable spool holder for quick switching between various filament spools, accommodating 74mm (Original PrintrBot Spool) to 110mm wide spools. Enhance stability by adding an extension inspired by thingiverse designs. Update your setup with new parts that allow for narrower spools (64mm width) and wider spools (up to 120mm). To assemble, use 4x16mm M3 screws, 2x30mm M3 screws; optionally, 2x20mm M5 screws and M5 washers. Tools required include a Printrbot Simple with extended bed and an M3 HSS twist drill threaded bit. Optional tools consist of a 3mm and 5mm twist drill bit, rotary tool, round needle file, and medium toothed file. Follow the provided print instructions, ensuring proper hole sizing and fitting for ball bearings and rails. Mount the new spool holder with tray extension, starting with the longer clip in front, followed by the shorter rear spring clip.
