Adjustable Shaving Brush
This handle allows users to change the loft on the fly with ease. It works by twisting two pieces apart, then turning the knot as a screw. After adjustment, it can be locked by twisting the two parts together again. This design also allows for easy changes of handles if another style is desired.
Requirements:
* 2x M6 Metric Half/Lock Nuts (~3.2mm width) *(similar to RS part: 122-4403)* * 1x 25mm Hex M6 Screw *(similar to RS part: 190-181)* * Glue is needed to set the knot in place * A knot (this specific one can be found at https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000922340969.html)
Printing:
When printing the "Top Part," it's crucial to **pause the print at layer height 7.4mm** to allow for the insertion of a nut into the print. This was achieved using Cura with the following steps: *Extensions > Post Processing > Modify G-Code > Pause at Layer Height.* Only print the parts labeled "Top," "Bottom," and "Screw Connector." Print settings are not essential, but don't forget to pause the print!
Additional:
In the customizer, users only need to adjust the ones marked with (*). The rest is optional.
