I printed an SN04-N2 for my Migbot Prusa i3 using 123D Design, which I've just mastered so the results aren't polished yet but still satisfactory. It performs perfectly well for quick calibration. For the adjustment mechanism, I chose a spring from a ballpoint pen - feel free to pick something that fits, regardless of type.
