This is an adjustable mount for an IKEA spotlight, specifically this one: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30119314 However, really this is just a simpler, light-duty version of Wade's projector mount. You can use it for anything you might like to mount that needs aiming. Instructions Print two of the mounts and one of the joints. You'll need to drill holes in the mount flanges to attach the mounts to the object and to the mounting surface. Keep in mind that the mounts will be perpendicular to each other. Attach the joint to the mounts through the pilot holes. You may want to use bolts and wing nuts so that the joint can be tightened easily.
