With all the webcams sold out everywhere, I recently turned to using my phone. Couldn't find a mount I was happy with, so I made my own. This is based off an M5 screw, which I happened to have at home. But I've included the CAD files so you can adjust it for whatever hardware you have, and for whatever phone/monitor thickness you need. This design is for a phone with case measuring 11mm thick at the edge, and 10mm thick at the screen. The phone clamping arm has some flex to it to allow some variation. The monitor side is for a 17mm thick monitor. The design as-is has a significant amount of tilt, and the two parts are held together using an M5 (~8mm long) screw and thin nut.
