Full credit goes to @nilus for his original design and a huge thank you to him for sharing it with the community. I've updated the STL file to the latest version that works perfectly on my Geeetech i3 Pro C printer, which is what I'm currently using. You can easily adjust the height of your 3D print by loosening the screws in the slots, raising or lowering them to your desired height, and then tightening them back up. When you slice the STL file with a slicer, it might look different than you expect (check out the rendered image below), but don't worry - it causes no problems whatsoever during the printing process. The printed model on my printer looks exactly like what the STL file produced, and it's working flawlessly. To get everything set up correctly, I recommend following the calibration procedure outlined in the Geeetech documentation: http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/3DTouch_Auto_Leveling_Sensor#Calibration. Make sure that the top of the sensor (not the tip of the metal sensor bar) is 8.3 mm above the extruder tip after mounting the bracket and sensor. Here are my print settings: Printer: Geeetech i3 Pro C Rafts: No rafts needed for this model. Supports: None required - this design prints perfectly without any supports. Resolution: I'm printing at a resolution of 0.2mm, which looks great on my printer. Infill: My infill percentage is set to 20%, which provides the right amount of strength and detail for this particular print.
