Adjustable TX03 FPV camera mount

Adjustable TX03 FPV camera mount

I crafted this versatile camera mount from scratch, attaching it to an existing frame that lacked a mount of its own. The design accommodates a M3 screw with precision, and users can avoid over-tightening by omitting the need for a nut altogether. To ensure a rock-solid bond between the faces being glued together, simply take a file and smooth out any rough edges beforehand. This particular camera mount was printed using a Makerbot Replicator 3D printer, with settings optimized for optimal results: • A 90% infill rate provides exceptional structural integrity. • A 2mm raft height offers superior stability during the printing process. • A 1.5mm raft width ensures a smooth, even finish. • The print resolution is set to 0.4mm per layer for maximum detail. Fortunately, no supports were required during the printing process, allowing for a seamless and efficient production run. A recent update has enhanced the design's functionality by introducing a more robust curve on the clip, which can withstand gentle squeezing without compromising its integrity. This modification ensures that your camera remains securely attached, even when subjected to moderate pressure.
