REVISION 201120: - Reduced the thickness of all parts to 1/2 inch for the cams and fence and 1-inch length for the pins. - Added labels to the Left and Right cams - Other miscellaneous changes - Deleted old thicker version REVISION 201114: - Added a 3D printed pin to the the OpenSCAD source and STL. Has 3/8" outer diameter and is approx. 1.75" long. REVISION 201113: - Fixed an issue with the CAMS where the STLs had some corrupt geometry. This was corrected starting with the SCAD/STLs. REVISION 201112: - Original release Inspired by the Meyer Clamping System and a video from Rex Krueger about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPlWgEeBHlE This system is designed to be used with a square grid of 3/8" holes on 2" centers. ~~I did not bother designing the pins since I am not sure 3D printed pins would be strong enough.~~ It would probably best to use hardwood or metal pins I am releasing this as a work-in-progress to the community because I have NOT printed this myself yet, meaning that it is UNTESTED! The design was completed primarily with Inkscape (2D) and OpenSCAD (3D). I have included the OpenSCAD and SVG source files in the zip file.
