Adjustable Y Axis Linear Bushing / Mount

This adjustable linear bushing comes equipped with a mount, designed specifically for use on a Prusa I3 Y axis. However, depending on the style of frame chosen for your 3D printer, clearance issues may arise. This type of bushing helps resolve differences in printing tolerances by enabling one half to flex freely. The screw holes serve to secure the flexible half in place while also providing an added benefit: adjusting for wear. The hole spacing measures 30mm. For optimal results, I recommend using M3 grub screws, if available. Important note: This design requires a layer height of 0.2 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm to print correctly. 7/19/2017 - The bushing section has been uploaded separately for those interested in modifying the design.
