The Z end stop holder in this adjustable design utilizes bearings for highly stable operation. Previous attempts at other designs were deemed unsuccessful due to excessive play, affecting accuracy. Mounted on an LM10UU bearing (suitable for 10mm z bars), a second bearing maintains alignment. This specific design can be adapted for various printer models, as demonstrated by the use of both LM10UU and LM8UU bearings in this case. The attachment mechanism is also customizable to fit other designs. An M4 screw with a 0.7 pitch serves as the adjustment feature, each of its seven spokes providing 0.1mm adjustment. A lock nut initially planned in the nut trap was eventually discarded due to difficulty in operation. This holder has proven to be rock-solid and precise, boasting zero play and accurate adjustments.
