Adjustable z-limit for Rigidbot with Peter Stoneham linear bearing holders

thingiverse

This attaches to Peter Stoneham's linear bearing mount on a Rigidbot using an M3 socket head cap screw that threads through the part to make contact with the z limit switch allowing for effortless micro-adjustment of the z limit. This idea was sparked by Pureluck's design ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:781168 ) for the original Rigidbot plastic linear bearing mount but completely redesigned from scratch to fit Peter's stainless steel mount. The mounting holes are deliberately oversized for the 3 mm mounting bolts with washers intended to be used under the nut or bolt head compressing the part firmly against the frame. The adjustment bolt should thread in smoothly, so put a pair of nuts locked together on the end of that bolt to ensure clean contact with the limit switch.
