Adjusted insert for retractable utility knife

What it is: ====== Insert for [Retractable Razor Blade Utility Knife](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3853024) which has been adjusted to fit my razor blades. (Standard Stanley blades) Please note! ------ This is just the insert, you'll still need the holder (female part) from the [source thing](/thing:3853024). Back story: ====== I really like the idea of the source by cwillis75 but when I printed it, the razor blade did not fit properly in the insert. Kinda surprising as these should be pretty much standard dimensions. Had the same issue with the [original Talon V2 knife](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3677766) insert as well. Was going to toss it and give up until a coworker printed it and had the same problem, so I decided to try fixing it. How I modified it: ===== Loaded it up in MeshMixer and it was a phenomenal amount of triangles. Remeshed it down from over 14000 to 500 triangles and dropped the file size from 700kb down to 32kb. (Talk about going a bit crazy with the export precision!) Shifted both of the blade retainer tabs 1mm and exported that. Printed it up, and discovered the tolerance on the push button that holds the insert in the knife was too small - any tiny little bit of elephant foot on the print and it became one part that had to be cut loose. I also thought the button effort was far too high, so I took that STL and loaded it up into Fusion 360. Made the cutout around the button larger, and shrank the cutout for the keychain to give a little more thickness in that area. I then dropped the thickness of the button spring from 1.9mm to 1mm. Printed this out and was very happy with the results. Shared with superbenk who printed it and was also happy and posted his make on the original.
