I fine-tuned the Smart rap Core extruder mount to accommodate a specific fan by relocating the proximity sensor mount several inches back. I also added a cable chain mounting point for improved stability. This project is ongoing and has not been thoroughly tested yet. Update 2-9-2019: Printed and Tested Successfully There was a critical issue with colliding pieces that prevented proper fitment. To resolve this, I carefully trimmed the parts to ensure a smooth fit, resulting in a significant improvement. I have uploaded a revised version that should function without requiring any trimming or filing. Additionally, I decided to reinforce the extruder clip bolts by running them entirely through the carriage using 1/8 inch toggle bolts measuring three inches long. One of four bolts was initially placed in the base to secure it while drilling holes through the carriage. The assembly seemed robust enough that I did not see a need for the remaining three base-to-carriage bolts. In fact, the entire structure may even be held together with just two bolts.
