Adorned Fake Mate Cup With Place for Cardboard Cup Inside

This is my first ever upload to Thingiverse. I'm a long-time Mate drinker and have my professional cup and straw (hard-to-pronounce names aside) but they cost me quite a lot (mostly the cups) and that made me very cautious about using any kind of new mix on them for the brutal fear of losing the cup forever due to lingering tastes and smell.... All that said and done, drinking Mate from a paper/cardboard cup is not well understood by the old and steady Mate community and may very well be offensive to some. So I designed this ornate little plastic piece with the idea of post-painting it to look more authentic... and then hide my disposable cups in it when I go out. I still haven't printed it but if you choose to do so, do write to my about your experience and the dimensions you chose for it (because my cups had different dimensions and this was the one I chose). Also, tell me if you made it with little to no infill and no support. The design should work but I still cannot know for myself. Thanks for checking out my Thing and (you must be super bored or something) reading through it all. Good luck! Post-Printing Just make sure the cup is clean and that you are using good quality paint. When you are satisfied with the paint-job, go ahead and coat it with some layers of clear coat and let it sit for a long while to fully cure before using. Hope you checked the dimensions of the holder to see it fits your cup snugly and no part of the inner cup shows from the top or hangs from the bottom. Good Luck!
