This is advanced version of single fuse lock out tag out tool. In incorporates a box for keeping it with you easily. The label can be made of folded paper to fit into the box like origami. The tool has 9-corners that makes it difficult to open without. Parts are kept together with threads. There is even an extra thread for the sign holder on the tool itself.
