There are a few Advent Wreath models on Thingiverse, but none that really fit my needs. This one is meant as a chassis to have foliage or fake foliage attached to it, and includes notches to accommodate a fake pine garland wreath. It also has holes to allow foliage to be tied down. This will accommodate tapers -- the candle holders taper from 21.7 mm to 18.4 mm. This should print fine with no supports and a coarse Z-step. Note that it will likely be a fairly long print.
