Adventure Force Liberator (nerf blaster) Reloadable Magazine Mod/Fix The Liberator is a nerf blaster with pump action shotgun ergonomics it uses an 10 round internal tube magazine under the barrel; potentially loads of fun for a Humans vs Zombies game However it has a critical flaw with the magazine. In Stock Form, it is unable to 'top off' reload the magazine. -you cannot add Rounds to the magazine if it has rounds remaining. This Mod Fixes that problem! Flaw Mechanics: The magazine has a 'Feed Ramp' - a hinged flap at the mouth of the magazine that hinges out of the way when loading; then springs back down to cover the loading door so rounds can then feed from mag to breech. The issue with Top Off Reloading; is that existing rounds block the feed ramp from opening back up. To repair that flaw; we will be cutting the Feed Ramp shorter to add clearance; as well as adding a 3d Printed Part to the inside of the loading door -"Door Tooth"- The Door Tooth is designed to push existing rounds away from the Feed Ramp as the door is opened; which can then freely hinge to allow Top Off Reloading. Captioned Photos included to illustrate the modified parts. Full blaster disassembly and reassembly will be required; familiarity with that process is left up to the end user. Apologies for unclear instructions; I'm better at doing things than explaining things; feel free to ask questions in comments. : : : Important Usage Tip: Manually slide the loading door closed by hand, Before pumping forwards. The Liberator can dry fire or jam if the pump is slid forward over an open door. explanation: when the door is open, there is no path between the magazine and breech for Rounds to travel. Pumping forwards closes the breech. Therefore, if you pump forwards Before closing the door; rounds won't be able to chamber properly and you get a dry-fire or jam. (the breech will be closed before the rounds can get there) Close the Door First. UPDATE 11/11/2019: Serrations added to Door Tooth to more reliably grip rounds.
