AEG / Electrolux Dishwasher lower basket roller and shaft

This is the lower basket roller and its shaft for AEG and Electrolux dishwashers. There are some other models in the website that inspired me to model this one. Original parts in the machine doesn't generally brakes but nails get distorted which causes basket roll while pushing back to machine. That was my main complaint. I tried this first but shaft nails are longer than it should, thus it is not locking as soon as assembled to basket. and shaft barb diameter is significantly larger than roller hole diameter so barbs are broken while fitting. Also after fitting to basket, roller friction is very high and not rotating, I believe due to high barb diameter. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2417979 I specificly measured the basket wire diameter to design perfect fitting shaft and nails holding it in place to avoid wobble. I also increased wall thickness from original design to increase its lifespan I printed this design and using it for old favorit model, replaced 8 of them. Material has to be PETG. PLA temperature resistance isn't enough to withstand washing process. Shaft needs to be printed horizontal otherwise layers will brake. thus needs to be printed with support. I used 0.15mm layer thickness for shaft and 0.25mm for roller I added 9mm thick roller as well (original is 8mm). I don't believe you need to replace the roller since it generally doesn't brake.
