Aeon Pro Carbine Kit

This is a pump-action collapsible stock carbine kit for the Adventure Force Aeon Pro. The pump grip part of the kit requires no internal modification to the blaster at all- just needs the slide removed to fit, and then two 1/8 inch thick aluminum bars cut to length and drilled appropriately to serve as prime bars. The collapsible stock part of the kit will require the blaster to actually be opened, but only needs two holes drilled in the rear to attach the mechanism. Otherwise, there is no actual internal modification necessary. You will need: A variety of 6-32 screws, ranging from 1/2" to 1", as well as hex nuts to match. I just went to Ace and bought a bagful. For the pump grip, four 3/4" with hex nuts, for the pump slide two 3/4" and two 1/2" (3/8" also works, may be necessary depending on your aluminum bars; washers might be a good idea too) and for the pump rails four 3/4". For the stock mechanism, you'll need six 1/2" and two hex nuts. Two to three springs for the stock mech- I used sections of one longer spring from Ace. Stiff pen springs will work fine. 1/8 inch by 1/2 inch aluminum bar for the prime bars 1/4 inch aluminum rod for the stock rods Hacksaw, files, drill, screwdriver, and superglue (or whatever you prefer for adhesive) To assemble: It's all pretty self explanatory, honestly. The stock guide piece will need to be printed twice, and just glues onto the side of the blaster to keep the rods straight. The endcap piece is optional, all it does is stop the rods from sliding all the way through. Be aware that removing the stock completely will be required to open the blaster, so I just attach my endcaps with a very light dab of glue so that they can be knocked off with relatively little effort. The stock catch notches are just filed into the rods with a triangular file- make sure to put them at the same place in both rods! The muzzle brake just fits in like the stock muzzle, may require a single layer of E-tape to fit tightly. The rear picatinny just glues on. Supports needed only on the pumpslide parts- they will need to be printed diagonally standing so as not to crack.
