A high-resolution scan of the terrain was captured using a quadcopter hovering at an altitude of sixty meters. The detailed model consists of one intricately designed Edit Poly element with a single texture map that's been scanned at a massive 8192x8192 resolution. This textured model is perfectly suited for visualizing large-scale master plans as a background image, providing a rich and immersive environment. Based on genuine photographs, the model boasts numerous realistic details and features that accurately replicate the surrounding landscape. To further enhance this already impressive model, I strongly advise applying the Slice modifier to allow for precise trimming of the model into specific sections. Since this model is ideal for long-range plans, it's best utilized in preview mode rather than for close-up views. The model can be seamlessly imported and utilized within 3ds Max 2014, OBJ, FBX, MTL, and VRay formats.
